The Sarah Circle will resume on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, complete with coffee and dessert. It will be a wonderful reunion as the group hasn't met since March 10, 2020! Recipe courtesy of Luther Seminary 4 Loaves8 LoavesSift dry ingredients together (3x): 2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder1 ¼ teaspoon salt Sift dry ingredients together (3x): 4 cups whole wheat flour2 cups white flour2 ½ teaspoons baking powder2 ½ teaspoons saltStir in 4 teaspoons oil Stir in 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons oilMix together in separate bowl:¾ cup + 2 tablespoons very hot water (min 180 degrees F)3 tablespoons honey3 tablespoons molasses Mix together in separate bowl:1 ¾ cup very hot water (min 180 degrees F) 6 tablespoons honey6 tablespoons molassesAdd wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
