This past Sunday, we began a new sermon series during worship here at Lord of Life! For the next five weeks, Pastors Steven and Erika will focus their messages around the theme, “Build Us Up, Lord.” The series explores various aspects of Christian life, including the importance of God's plan for our lives, the value of working together as a team, the need to overcome doubts and fears to share the gospel, and the power of God's Word to transform lives. Ultimately, the series aims to inspire and equip the congregation to become dedicated followers of Christ and to bear fruit for His kingdom. Special thanks to Jackie Tautges for designing the image for this series!

Grief can come from many things and manifest itself in many ways. People experiencing grief are invited to Lord of Life’s next Grief Support Group, which meets for the first time, on September 16th at 11 am. The group will meet on Mondays for a total of six weeks. Join us in celebrating the start of another year of ministry at Lord of Life on Sunday, September 15th! After worship, there will be food, games, and a chance to learn more about the different groups and ministries here at church. This is a great opportunity to come together for fun fellowship and deepen and enrich our connections as a community.
